I cannot find the settings on the router using the local web interface, using the Xfinity app, or the Xfinity website. I dont have time to explain why I need to do this as this is not a debate on why I should use IPv6 or how to get around the many issues I have because of it, I just simply would like to know how to disable IPv6 as a Xfi customer.Xfinity App wan IPV4 address doesn’t match Router GUI IPV4 address. No, the reason its grayed out is because the Xfi system auto selects the best channel for you. You can disable it but its already monitoring to make sure your system is running optimally. Or at least that's what they say. They could be blowing smoke but it seems to work when I double check its decisions.
