If you want to go strength I suggest taking the Dual Wielding fighting style at level 2, as well as the Dual Wielder feat at level 4 so you can hold 2 longswords. Alrighty I'll give that a shot. #3. STR or DEX depends on the weapon you're going to be dual wielding.This means that you will be dual-wielding enchanted weapons (important!) from early in BG1 and not waiting around for the "awesome" weapons that you only get late in ToB. Just as an idea, the really hottest build is katanas. They do 1d10 damage and the combo or Celestial Fury and Hindo's Doom are probably the best dual combo in the games.
