Hi there. For some time now the broadband light on our BGW210-700 modem/router has been solid red. I have reset the router a few times and every light would be green for a short time before reverting back to red broadband. The wifi is still functional but quite slow.The "Broadband" light on my BGW210 router goes red, but we still have internet working ok. This used to happen just occasionally. Now it seems to be happening much more often. Recycling power resolves the situation (goes green), but a few days later I notice it's back to red. Yet, no interruption in service noticed.I have the BGW210-700. The cable purchased from the link to the Amazon item did NOT work. BTW, I have FIOS to the outside, then ONT inside. There is a slight chance that whatever you have in port 1 might have issues with the new 2.5 Gbps Ethernet port. They're not sending you a BGW320.
