Burping the cooling system
Coolant is starting from a freezing temp and is constantly having a tiny bit of freezing cold coolant being mixed into it as it warms up. And moving down the road is cooling the radiator which may mean sub-freezing temps in spots. Idling without moving for 10 minutes should have you at or very near normal temp.2010 Prius. Model: IV.
