Forum Rules. I've got a 99 E46 323i. I've seen a few E90s in our local pull and pay junkyards. I know that with minor modifications, you could put E46 front seats into e36s. Is the same true for putting e90 front seats into an E46?Sometimes you need to move BMW power seats but cant connect the power back .... thats how you do it on E46 320i 325i 328i 330i *** Euro Cars specially BMW ar...The main issue I found was width - the Z4 cockpit is extremely narrow and very few seats are narrow enough to fit properly. When you throw the driver/front passenger seat back forward to allow rear seat access, you can also lift and displace the seat bottom up and forward for more room, even if it was stuck in the lowest position.Seats fit great, trouble is, my early model E46 is equipped with the 18mm, single switch style console for the seat heat buttons. These individual switches only had 2 heat settings, high & low, and there appears to be differences between the individual switch wiring and design and the console style that came in most other cars.

Connect the tensioner unit with the wiring loom under the seat. 2. Get an occupancy sensor bypass module ($15 /ebay) and connect it with the wiring on the passenger seat along with the tensioner.
