They have outsourced the customer care side to a call center and it was impossible for us to get anything resolved or even schedule. The only line that would pick up was billing. They didn't complete our service, they lied, they tried to bill us for cancelling the contract they didn't fulfill among other things.Charge $200 a visit and spend less than 10 minutes spraying. Been out 3 times and we still have ants. I have called their number over 10 times and can only reach international call center when I was told they were a local company."
