The 2nd relic i didn't even attempted to do, until much MUCH later in the development cycle, like maybe 6 months before storm blood i started it, cause i'd had all my classes at 60, and really liked the idea of custom weapon for my hero.TL;DR : SB relics are a different world altogether. Just go live in Eureka. Not discussed here, as those relics have no interaction with the other grinds, except for the fact that you will rack up a shitload of Poetics that you will uncap on HW relics and whatnot whenever you happen to miraculously get out of Eureka.

They don't add new Expansion Jobs to previous Relic Weapons. So HW+ Jobs don't get ARR Relics, SB+ don't get Anima Weapons (HW Relics), ShB+ won't get Eureka weapons, and EW+ won't get Bozja weapons. The trend continues going forward.
