You probably have two water inlet valves on the back where your water supply line comes in. One may be bad. If the freezer is not cold enough, the icemaker will not cycle. So maybe that's the issue. Or wiring to the icemaker has gone wonky. Or a bad ice valve. Model would be a helpful addition for more guidance!
