Most heal frame addons will show the debuffs that you can dispel, but that's generally it. I personally use ElvUI and have it so that the normal party debuff icons show to the right of my heal frames, showing me what the party has on them that is not dispellable. Reply.

Omnicd/ATT is great for that. Later down the line I'd recommend adding some ccs to omnibar. Ideally you want set a new group so it's clearer but to each of their own.
