In WvW, you get dragonite from capping keeps or Stonemist Castle (~30 for both) and Empyreal fragments from flipping camps (~2-4) and towers (~10). That being said, capping keeps and Stonemist tends to be a lot harder.On average having all of them should be a daily sink of 550 bloodstone dust, 300 empyreal fragments and 300 dragonite ore.
