Madden 23 no offensive coordinator glitch
Offensive players huddle with defensive players before offensive drill in practice in Franchise; Game stories being inaccurate in Franchise. This wasn't a problem until the most recent patchFire their OC and then switch back to your team to hire the OC. The CPU will auto generate a new OC. Online will be a bit more tricky. You need to have a second user join the franchise and fire the OC (cannot be someone who will be managing a team as they will have the same problem.). You can then hire that OC and let the CPU generate a new one.

How TO FIX: switch user to another team and fire that teams defensive coordinator. Switch back to your user team and that coach that was fired ...Looped a million times.
