Malenia staggers easily. You need to be aggressive on her normal attacks, as you will likely stagger her out of it. You can poise break her within 2 to 3 jumping attack, and you can riposte for big damage. There are several attacks that cannot be stagger. Watch for when her prosthetic arm-blade sparks, or when she jumps into the air.
