It has been at the dealer multiple times for this problem. It now has over 36K miles, however, the check engine light continues to go on/off and the stop/start works on and off.Simply press the volume/power button and tune button together and hold for 10 seconds until the screen turns off. Once off, the screen shall light up and turn on again, indicating that the rebooting process is done. You can now try to operate the Chrysler Pacifica screen to check if it rebooted successfully.
