A) The item bonus works as a potency bonus, and you have a total +2 potency bonus to your attack (or it just calculates potency bonus as item bonus, which would have the same effect) B) The item and potency bonus stack, so you have a total of +3 to hit. C) The item potency just doesn't work on your character, so you have a total of +1 to hit. using the ABP variant rule, when characters hit level 3 they gain a +1 potency bonus to a skill. all skills have the "modifier" area under proficiency, were i can add the +1 potency. the exception is the lore skills, they doesn't have a modifier, and they are valid choices.
