Hi to all. I'm getting very frustrated with this. I had FIOS installed on December 16. Right after the tech left who installed it, the picture on the mini box froze. I put a call in for service and the parade of techs started arriving. Each one seemed to know what they were doing however nobody fixe...The Stream (V2) boxes have very minimal settings that can be accessed, none of which involve changing the picture quality. I realize this is a new way for Fios to deliver TV programming, but someone needs to know about the 720p issue. Hopefully it will only require a software update. I have a Samsung 6500 series LED tv, use HDMI , and have never had any issues with Fios. My SD channels all had a minimized screen and appeared cropped. My HD channels were full screen but appeared cropped as well.The new Fios One, aka 4100 boxes do have better picture quality than the old boxes like yours and the 1100 series. There is a lot more enhancement processing in the new boxes, and it shows. If you have a 4K capable TV you can watch some sports on two 4K channels from the box.Sports are hit or miss. Either they look fine or are extremely poor quality. Channels like ABC and FX are just unwatchable, like extremely blurry picture quality.
