The torque spec for the bolts is only 18 ft. lbs. Stage 8 bolts are cool and all, but IMO they are more of a PITA than they are worth. The factory bolts are low grade, soft steel. The manifold gasket is thin. A factory manifold leak heats up the manifold even faster and they warp, snapping the bolts.Remove the bolt from the exhaust manifold and see if coolant is coming out of that particular hole. If for some reason you only have coolant coming from that bolt hole in the cylinder head it would be safe to assume that the bolt is in a water jacket and it's cracked.
