If you are going over evaluation because of that then you could file a grievance and get paid for the hours worked over 48 in 5 days. Management could also provide auxiliary assistance.They could have implemented RRECS and then after the first or second eval they could have began shoring the routes. Right now the model is unsustainable. No one can take time off. Too many J’s and H routes. No room for subs. Carriers lost thousands of dollars. The USPS have been silent on the data and silent on the program to shore-up routes.
