I am presently looking to add an "original" LCP to my "pocket carry on a budget" options. That said, I'm not interested in the Ruger 9mm offerings, especially the new Max-9.792 posts · Joined 2021. #2 · Jul 30, 2021. I have had a Security 9 Compact for year. It us my EDC, and I carry every day year round. It is an economy gun. To keep it economical some coatings are not as durable as those if more expensive guns. I had a Walther PPS M2 with a Tenerite coating. It seemed indestructible.
