For actual gameplay, my preference is the UNP body. No fancy addon for boob physics, massive boobs, gigantic bums, or the like. I use SG Textures Renewal. It looks great, and reasonably believable in skyrim. There are loads of great armour mods, it has a reasonably small footprint resource-wise, and it's UV mapping is hugely superior to CBBE's.Textures are the important thing and cbbe and 3bbb are the same exact textures since 3bbb is based off cbbe. When I want to get extremely pretty faces I use High Poly Head alongside {Diamond Skin - CBBE and UNP Female Textures} and {PI-CHO ENB for Cathedral and Obsidian v Silent Horizon Custom ENB} for Obsidian Weathers. The ENB mainly is what brings out the great qualities in character faces when you have high poly meshes and the right textures.There aren't any physics hair mods for SE except a set of wigs or two. CBBE SE = More polygons and a LESS of a hassle to work on it thanks to Outfit Studio. UUNP and UNP are oldrim stuff therefore you need to convert it to SE. For more realistic cbbe shapes I like the "athletic" and "strong" presets in bodyslide.
