Wealthfront tax exempt dividends state

Hi all. Reviewing my fidelity consolidated 1099 that is hot off the presses. I started moving some excess cash into TFLO right before the end of 2022 so I have a tiny amount of dividends showing up on the 2022 1099. Question is, it was my understanding that these dividends would be exempt from state tax.
