I have been told one time that it is a temporary card and can only be used in stores and online and then both have been denied. I called back and was told to add to my digital wallet and pay that way but guess what, still denied.Hence you receiving a card with your name. Basically, some cards require you to register the cards w/your info. online to be able to reload it. I assume this is scam since you didn’t BUY a card. It’s best to not use it. It shouldn’t hurt you tbh. Maybe try to email or call again. Best bet is to throw it out.
